What is the difference between self-serve and white-glove?

Self-serve means you pick a template or use the open builder, run it on your client engagement, and go live in 24 hours, on per-minute pricing. White-glove means you bring a bespoke question, we design the conversation and extraction with you over 2 days, then you run it, on a project fee plus per-minute. Most consultants use self-serve for standard engagements and white-glove when a client question is specific or novel.

How does white-labeling work, and will my client know it's Teracrowd?

By default, white-label: your branding on the conversation page, your URL, your name on the output. Tera is the engine, and your client sees your work. If you would rather co-brand, that is a setting you can flip per engagement.

Who owns the client relationship and the data?

You own the client relationship, always. Your account, your customer, your contract. We hold the raw conversation data on your behalf under our privacy model, and you can export everything anytime. We never contact your client.
